i went JB last thurs (15 october) and the custom officer asked me to pay the toll charge. it had to use the cashcard and mine is the new IU so i didnt have any cashcard with me. so i had to borrow from the car behind me.concidentally this bro was from this forum who lend me his cashcard.

but i had 2 questions... 1. do we have to pay for the toll charge? because this is the first time i am paying for it. last 2 time which was just last month i didnt pay a single cent..2. can we ask the authority to do something about the cashcard thing?? making me so troublesome. have to see if carpark using cashcard only and go sentosa and JB only can use cashcard

u mean sg side of the customs?if so yes...we have to pay $2+(or wat is the amt,i forget le) for the toll charge using the cashcard...not forgetting the autopass card on the jb side of the customs...bt coming back no nid to pay for both side,jus fyi...unlike tuas causeway...

ehhh..i duno y u din haf to pay e previous 2 times...i encounter a few times where i do not have to pay cos they say their cashcard machine at that particular booth is U/S..so manage to save a few bucks on that..haha..yup...tuas have to pay both ways..woodlands only haf to pay one way(sg to jb)...

No wonder jb to sg via woodlands is always so congested as compared to tues...

If I not mistaken all spore cars have to pay whilst going out at 2nd link. No need pay?? Sure or not?? Cannot be rite?? :-)

I remember from 2nd link SG-JB, I went through 2 tolls in Malaysia. One was RM10.80; the other one was RM3.90?

oh.. you mean you didnt pay at sg custom...
just in case.. for msia custom, touch n go (aka $card) can be purchase on certain booth.. booth 8 (is always on..) not sure of the rest...

sg custom of course need to pay.

2nd link is cost is high , i mostly will check the traffer between woodland and tuas .. if woodland heavy jam and tuas normal , i will go for tuas .. i dont mind to pay extra to avoid jam .. time is money ... haha

i pay all payment except e last one. went pass a couple of time w/out paying n still manage to go thru....
