look at the reply which i received today from CNC....

"Please also be informed that it is the responsibility of car owners to properly maintain their cars and Cycle & Carriage will not be responsible if there is lack of or improper maintenance of the car, in this case the car's paintwork, which may result in differing colour tone between the car body and the bodykit when the bodykit is installed. Nevertheless, Mach Accessories will be available to provide the necessary advise when your car is here for the installation of the bodykit. In addition, you may wish to know that our management is fully aware of your feedback and have requested us to inform you on their view on this issue. "

today i receive a call from march, ask me to bring down sin ming to respray, take 2 day also, will do it next week.
they say they will mix the paint again.

I think MACH agreed with the different color tone

cant be turbo and mine is both different at the same time.. so fault lies on them and not me alone.

according to what the Mach's boss told me, they are doing the respray claim from C&C.

In that case I think C&C doesnt want to bear that responsible and push it to the consumer..

i think as long as Mach agreed to do it FOC, it is between Mach and CnC. How would cnc prove that we did not maintain the car properly? because we parked outside and let the sun and rain touched our cars?

that is why C&C start sending out the msg u sent above.

but it seem to me others might not be getting the same result as yours.. C&C must have realise that the complaints are too big for them to handle liao.. If not, why sent such notice out..

So for those who had PPS given free by CnC, why not take this chance and tell them that is it meaning that the system 6 which they give is not doing a good job at least to maintain the car appearance as what it claims to be.. hehe, CnC can suck thumb.. Smile

turbo.. I spoke to jaslyn today, she said the boss will called both of us on this issues but somehow nv hear from him.

But since im there for servicing, jaslyn got no choice but to call him down for inspection. I think he nego with C&C to resolve this issues.

During inspection he giving a firm answer like ok will respray for you, didnt know the current batch color abit out.

After that I think jaslyn may have contacted you on this issues.

anyway when u intend to go down for respray?

no wonder he call,
he told me his gal(jaslyn) tell him that my BK got 2 tone, which i haven tell jasyln abt.
he ask me to go sin ming respray then got to leave there for 2 days. he say he will be there also, to settle my other BK problem.(not fix properly)

he also say, he follow C&C color code dunno why this batch got problem, then i say i wash every week and put sealant also.
cus his backgd a bit noisy, i sometime cannot get wat he say also,

me intending to do next tues afternoon or wed morning, cus i need car on tue morning. when u doing urs?

nope cannot.. older 1 is disapproved by LTA which means C&C doesnt want to get into any troubles..

its always good to obey the LTA requirement, so u dont hve to worry abt when inspection is due.

if u go showroom, the bk of the 1.6 and 2.0 are not the same. the front-side part (before the front wheel) of the 2.0 is curving out, the 1.6 is curving in.... i heard that the 2.0 bk was the original and not lta approved.....

I am just surprise to see that absurd reply from C&C reported by bro Kiang.

What do they mean by "not properly maintaining" my car. It is exactly that I maintain too well that I will get 2 tone when I install the BK after so many months.

For crying out loud, they cannot even provide a confirm date for installation. Shameless!

**** them bro, i called & they also say that those later no. plates with body kits are those BK owners sold to them. but i really pei fu the lady that guard the phone. she more fierce then me, i say wat she counter back LL... i even send letter to them, but say cannot help it, then waiting time is mid nov to dec... wtf, i confirm ask them to respray 1 lo, 4 mths after i take car, 2 color confirm see easily lo. stupid ppl, i think we just wait then when time to install time, tell them color different then ask them respray, think this is a better way to let them taste the medicine of letting us wait.

Anyone tried to ask them to come to our forum or sgkia and show C&C that all these are bad publicity. In fact some of my friends already know these problems before i got to know them. If they really want to do business, better pull up their socks and do what it takes to make customers satisfied.

Just checking from all who done their BK. Can i be present to see the installation of the kit?

I think sending to SPH will be the alternative choice. Try to send a mass petition to CnC first. Spend one weekend park all the fortes and block the CnC entrance at LK block mit, citroen and kia until have answer then dismiss.
Maybe can have MU as that =x. Anyway still have drinks somemore not to mention toilets =x
