shell 5w 40 is good enough. if you interested in shell, i got a new bottle to sell. if not, other reputable brands also good.

My 10k serving is also due in about 2 weeks time. I was wondering any brothers went for 10 k servicing recently? How much did they charge? If till $157, then I may consider going to my own work shop to change to sythetic oil, filter and tire rotation. Advised needed thanks.

i just did yesterday. kena chop carrot head. $147 b4 gst for 10K package, $20 for wheel rotation and $60 for engine flush (kena bluff as i am first time car owner dunno about) so total cost inc. GST is $242. Sad

Giant have a promo on Shell Helix Ultra 5w40w @ $48.99 but manufactured in '08. Is it still good to use?

in carbibles website it says oil if stored in good conditions will have shelf life of 3 years. But if you buy from Giant you still get slapped with a service fee should you bring it to CnC...
