Poor korean gal. Innocent & fresh come to Sgp to start a new life. Sweet looking girl, nice curves, low maintenance, neber offended anyone. But land up kena bashed in forums all over, and funnily enuf mostly by bread & butter car owners.

Not surprising.
Now that the Tuscani is long gone what is there to bash?
If only people can understand that there is absolutely nothing wrong with an affordable coupe that looks really nice and is as easy to drive or as easy on the wallet as more 'mundane' rides.
Boy racers or BMW diehards will obviously look elsewhere for their kicks!

he is using a metaphor, describing our koup as a korean girl being "bullied" by singaporeans...

well, people are just jealous that such a nice car can be bought at the same price as their everyday cars... not wanting to be on the losing end for buying a car at the same price of a very much better one, they have to put down the koup to justify their purchase... if u can't be better, make others worse...

There will always be some people who are quite narrow minded in their opinions on cars. For some, a sporty looking car must come with a powerful engine, if not it is useless/not worth it/showoff/low class etc etc. They are the kind of people who thinks that everybody will want to race a sporty looking car, so cannot "lose face"

What they are not aware that a coupe version of a typical family car is actually quite common elsewhere in the world. And these coupe may have the same puny engine as the parent 4 door sedan. Cars like Koup is offering a "lifestyle", sporty looking car to drivers who are not looking to race every other drivers out there.

Anyway for all Koup owners, you are already driving such a beautiful car, don't need to bother about all those green eyed monster.

Last I check, SG offers 43 makes of coupe with Koup the only one below 100K mark. Next cheapest is VW Scirico.

haha i tink there are a small percentage that are feeling "dui" that they had to pay so much to get their 2 doors...seriously speaking...sg kinda of road condition...how powerful can the car get....its consider as "under-utilise" if dont get to try the actual power kicks in, and where is the most available place to try it ?

definitely not in our country, even if its in other countries, there are speed limit rules, its a matter of gettiing lucky with the law enforcers, in our homeland...being practical is the most idealistic way of living with the forever fast pace

haha.. with the traffic condition in singapore every morning and off office hour I can tell you. if you have high power car you also cannot go fast lah. haha. the only advantage of having high powered in singapore is to cut the queue only, everytime i see them pickup fast fast just to cut into my lane. so dangerous
